We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of hand-crafted or dyed materials.

Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us after completing the checkout process.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur and to change prices without prior notice.

• Shipping Methods: We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions, via DHL, FedEx (Standard), or EMS (Free Shipping).
• Delivery Timelines: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
• Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is $12.95. Free shipping is available on orders over $50 shipped via EMS.
• Import Duties: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms include:

• Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for most new, unused, unopened items.
• Final Sale Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale: Crochet Hooks, Knitting Needles, Hand Spindles, Spindle Accessories, any Fiber/Yarn that has been wound or cut, and all Digital Products.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for a Returns Authorization Number before shipping anything back.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return, with funds appearing in 5-10 additional business days.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and product designs, is the property of Clover Sales, its suppliers, or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
