We are delighted to ship our products to crafters across the globe (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

- Delivery: Arrives within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.

- Delivery: Arrives within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase, whether it’s a robust Saxony spinning wheel or a skein of luxurious protein fiber yarn.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
Due to the intimate and personal nature of hands-on crafting, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Crochet Hooks & Knitting Needles
- Hand Spindles & Spindle Accessories
- Any Fiber or Yarn that has been wound, cut, or otherwise altered from its original condition.
- Any Digital Products (e.g., Punch Needle Patterns).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact our dedicated customer service team within the 15-day window.
- Email Us: Send your request to [email protected]. Please use the template below to provide all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your return to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Timelines and Methods
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) may then take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot offer refunds to a different card or payment method.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply to the new shipment.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
