We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase, whether it’s a robust Saxony spinning wheel, a skein of luxurious protein fiber yarn, or a detailed punch needle kit. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your project.

This policy is designed with the same care and attention to detail that you apply to your crafts. We aim to make the process of returning or exchanging an item as smooth as spinning the finest silk thread.

Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of certain tools and materials for hands-on crafting, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Crochet Hooks & Knitting Needles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hand Spindles & Spindle Accessories (due to their personal, hand-held nature)
  • Any Fiber or Yarn that has been wound, cut, or otherwise altered from its original condition.
  • Any Digital Products (e.g., Punch Needle Patterns).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please contact our dedicated customer service team within the 15-day window. We’re here to help guide you through the next steps.

  1. Email Us: Send a request to [email protected]. Please use the template below to ensure we have all the information needed to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused, original item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Timelines and Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) may then take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to a different card or payment method.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply to the new shipment.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
